Scope and consent

This Privacy Policy has been developed for the website oldpress.com (hereinafter referred to as the Website).

This Privacy Policy describes the procedure established by the Company for processing personal data collected through the Website and related services and tools that allow users to register on the Website and use all its features and services.

The Company processes users’ personal data solely in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data. This Privacy Policy is developed in accordance with the provisions of these documents.

By using the Site, the User gives his/her consent to the Company to process his/her personal data, such as (but not limited to) the user’s name; region of residence, e-mail address, contact phone number, other contact information at the user’s request; IP addresses, other communication data of users, cargo delivery addresses, cargo description, location, movement, payments for services rendered, etc, and also gives his/her consent to the transfer of his/her personal data to third parties, including the transfer of personal data abroad, to any third country, in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

The Website may contain links to other websites that are not operated by us. If the User clicks on a third party link, the User will be directed to the third party’s website. The Company strongly recommends that you review the Privacy Policy of each website that you visit.

The Company has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

Ip-address, cookies and mobile identifiers

  • to submit a reasoned request with an objection to the processing of his/her personal data by state authorities, local self-government bodies in the exercise of their powers provided for by law;
  • to submit a reasoned request to change or destroy their personal data by any owner and manager of this database, if this data is processed illegally or is unreliable;
  • to protect their personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision, as well as to protect against the provision of information that is inaccurate or discrediting the honour, dignity and business reputation of an individual;
  • apply for the protection of their rights regarding personal data to public authorities and local self-government bodies authorised to protect personal data;
  • apply for legal remedies in case of violation of the legislation on personal data protection.
Making changes to this policy
